It was founded by Manuel Rodriguez, Sr. in 1968 and continues to support Filipino printmakers to date. The association maintains its drive to promote printmaking as a major visual arts medium working with local and international organizations through projects such as exhibitions, demonstrations, and workshops to engage the public with this art form.
